Fleet
See where the trucks are right now and where a truck drove on a given day, from your phone.
More → Fleet is the phone version of the dashboard's Fleet page. It shows where each truck and trailer tracker is, its status, and the route a truck drove on a given day. The view is read-only and updates every 30 seconds while it's open.
Find a truck
- Search by truck name, make or model, plate, VIN, or group in Search trucks, plates, VIN….
- Filter by status. The status chips show a count: Driving, Idle, Stopped, Being towed, Offline, and No signal. Tap one or more to show only those statuses, and tap again to clear. Only statuses that have trucks appear.
- Filter by group. Tap a group chip, or All groups to see every group.
- Show inactive trackers. Inactive trackers are hidden. Tap the Show inactive chip, which shows how many there are, to include them.
The line under the filters shows how many trackers are active and moving and when the data last updated. To update now, tap the refresh icon next to it or pull down on the list.
For what each status means, see Fleet.
Switch between list and map
Tap List or Map next to the refresh icon. On the map:
- Drag to move around.
- Tap + or − to zoom.
- Tap the target button to fit all the trucks on screen again.
- Tap a truck to open it.
Open a truck
Tap a truck in the list or on the map. The vehicle screen shows:
- A map of the truck and the day's route.
- Its status, its groups, and Inactive tracker if the tracker is inactive.
- Speed, Heading, and Updated, plus how long the truck has been in its current status.
- Open in Maps, which opens the truck's location in your phone's maps app so you can get directions to it.
- Odometer, Fuel, Battery, Vehicle, VIN, Plate, Tracker, and Coordinates.
See where a truck went
The Route history section shows one day at a time, starting with today.
- Tap ‹ or › to step back or forward a day, or tap the date to pick any past day. You can't go past today. Tap Back to today to return.
- Under "Count a stop after the truck sits still for", pick 2 min, 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, or 30 min. The default is 5 min.
- Read the day's totals: Distance, Drive time, Idle, Drives, Stops, and Top speed.
- Tap a Drive or a numbered Stop in the timeline to zoom the map to it. Stops have the same numbers on the map.
A day with no driving shows "No movement recorded for this day."
