roofingBoss lives at app.roofingboss.ai. Staff and customers use the same sign-in page, and roofingBoss sends each person to the right place afterward.

Sign inCopy Anchor Link

1. Go to app.roofingboss.ai, or click Team login at the bottom of www.roofingboss.ai.
2. Click Sign in with Google.
3. Pick your Blue Sky Google account.

Google is the only way to sign in on the web, so there's no roofingBoss password to remember or reset. The phone app also accepts a code sent by email. See Mobile app.

If you've never signed in and Google doesn't let you in, click Don't have an account? Sign up, then Sign up with Google.

Old dashboard bookmarks on www.roofingboss.ai forward to app.roofingboss.ai on their own.

Where you landCopy Anchor Link

Each side sends people to the other one. A teammate who opens the portal lands on the dashboard, and a customer who opens a dashboard page lands in the portal.

Link your JobNimbus userCopy Anchor Link

roofingBoss reads and edits JobNimbus as the JobNimbus user linked to your account. What you see follows that user's permissions in JobNimbus, and edits you save are made as that user.

• Automatic link. When you sign in, roofingBoss looks for a JobNimbus user with your email and links you. Most people never have to do anything.
• No link. Data access is blocked until you're linked. Lists and records show an error instead of loading.

To check your link or link yourself:

1. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
2. Click Manage account.
3. Find the JobNimbus Account card.
4. If it shows Linked and the right person, you're done.
5. If it doesn't, pick yourself in JobNimbus team member, then click Link account.

You can only link the JobNimbus user whose email matches one of your verified email addresses. If yours doesn't match, ask an admin to link you.

Unlink removes the link, which blocks your data access again until you relink. The link is saved in roofingBoss only. Admins can link or unlink anyone from Access control.

Manage your accountCopy Anchor Link

Sidebar → your name → Manage account opens the Account page. Everything here is saved in roofingBoss only. Changing your name doesn't rename your JobNimbus user.

• Profile: click Update profile to change your first and last name, then Save changes. Hover your photo and click it to upload a new one, or click Remove photo.
• Email addresses and Connected accounts: the emails and Google account you sign in with. These are read-only.
• Active devices: every browser and phone signed in as you. Click Revoke next to one to sign it out, such as a shared office computer.
• Security: Sign out all ends your sessions and returns you to the sign-in page.

1. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
2. Click Sign out.

You land back on the sign-in page. In the customer portal, Sign out is at the top right.
