Settings
Every settings screen in roofingBoss, what each one is for, and who can use it.
Settings holds the team, JobNimbus setup, connected systems, and public links. Open it from Sidebar → Settings. You land on a page of cards grouped by topic. Type in Search settings... to narrow the cards, then click one to open that screen. Each screen is also listed under Settings in the sidebar.

Property Pages isn't on the hub. Open it from Sidebar → Settings → Property Pages. See Property pages.
Types is on the hub but not in the sidebar. Open Sidebar → Settings, then click Types.
Feedback & roadmap is for admins only. Admins see it on the hub, and as Feedback first under Settings in the sidebar.
Who can change what
- Admins only: Feedback & roadmap, everything on Access Control, impersonating a user, linking someone else to JobNimbus, changes on the Follow Up Boss page, and pausing the JobNimbus sync, setting up its webhooks, connecting QuickBooks and Stripe, or saving the Claude API key on Integrations.
- Linked staff and admins: Property Pages. You need a linked JobNimbus user or the admin role.
- Everyone signed in to the dashboard: the other screens. Custom fields, workflows, lead sources, types, and locations you add here save to JobNimbus, so they change the whole account. Coordinate with your admin before you add them.
To become an admin, ask an existing admin to change your Role on Access Control.
