Website requests
Review quote, inspection, repair, and referral requests from the website that weren't sent to JobNimbus automatically.
Website Requests holds requests from the website's quote flow that need a person. Go to Sidebar → Scheduler → Website Requests, or click Website Requests on the New Request screen. Only Blue Sky team members can open it.
A request arrives only when the visitor finishes every question and presses the last button. A form someone leaves partway through is never saved.
What lands here
A finished request for a home in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Manatee, or Sarasota County goes straight to JobNimbus as an Appointment Requested job and shows up in the scheduling queue. Everything else waits here, with a badge that says why:

Work the queue
The Needs review tab lists requests waiting on someone. Each row shows the request type, the property, the visitor's name, phone, and email, their answers, and the day it arrived.
- Click Send to JobNimbus, then Send to JobNimbus again to confirm. roofingBoss creates an Appointment Requested job with no sales rep, plus a contact unless JobNimbus already has one with the same email or phone. The job shows up in the scheduling queue and syncs to Follow Up Boss.
- Click Mark handled when you've dealt with the request another way, for example by calling the customer or passing a referral on. Nothing is sent to JobNimbus.
The Sent and handled tab lists requests that reached JobNimbus and the ones someone marked handled. Click Open job to see the job a request created.
