Sales performance
Compare sales reps by leads, estimates sent, jobs sold, close rate, sold revenue, and average job size, and download the table.
Sidebar → Analytics → Performance shows one row per sales rep for the period you pick, with a Total row at the bottom. It opens on This Year. To change the period, see Pick a period.
Read the table
| Column | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Sales rep | The rep on the job or estimate. Records with no rep are grouped as No sales rep. |
| Leads | Jobs created in the period. |
| Estimates sent | Estimates created in the period that are past Draft and not Void. |
| Jobs sold | Leads that are sold now (in the Sold, In Production, Accounts Receivable, or Completed stage). |
| Close rate | Jobs sold out of leads. Shows a dash when the rep has no leads. |
| Sold revenue | The sold jobs' approved estimate totals, or their latest estimate when none is approved. |
| Avg. job size | Sold revenue divided by jobs sold. Shows a dash when nothing sold. |
Like the Analytics overview, sales count by the day the job was created, not the day it sold. To see each rep's sales by Contract Signed Date against a monthly target, use Sales targets. Its numbers usually differ from this table's: see Why numbers differ.
Sort the table
Click a column name to sort by it. Click it again to flip the order. The table opens sorted by Sold revenue, highest first. Dashes always sort last.
Open a rep's jobs
Click a number under Leads, Jobs sold, or Sold revenue to open the Jobs list filtered to that rep, the period's Created Date, and, for sales, the sold statuses. The Total row opens the same list for everyone. Numbers aren't linked when the Jobs list can't filter for that rep, such as No sales rep.
Download the table
Click Download CSV. The file has the rows in the order shown, then the total, with close rate as a percentage. It's named for the period, for example sales-performance-2026-01-01-to-2026-12-31.csv.
